What should be done if a temporary agency worker has a serious occupational accident?
Temporary agency work
The temporary agency worker must immediately notify the police and the Occupational Safety and Health Department at the Finnish Supervisory Agency of the serious occupational accident. The notification obligation is based on the Act on Occupational Safety and Health Enforcement and Cooperation on Occupational Safety and Health at Workplaces.
