Operators in the natural produce picking business are obliged to notify the occupational safety and health authority of the location of pickers' bases in advance. The notification is submitted using the webform. If the location of the pickers’ base changes during the picking season, the new base also requires an advance notification.

The occupational safety and health authority will send a notice of receipt for the advance notification to the email address provided by the operator within one week of receiving the notification.
