As of 1 January 2026, the Occupational Safety and Health Department at the Finnish Supervisory Agency started operating as the national occupational safety and health authority. Cases that have been initiated by the Occupational Safety and Health Divisions of the Regional State Administrative Agencies will be transferred to the Occupational Safety and Health Department at the Finnish Supervisory Agency at the turn of the year. The information and documents provided by customers are automatically transferred to the Finnish Supervisory Agency. Customers do not need to submit them again.

Post delivered at the addresses of the Regional State Administrative Agencies will be redirected to the addresses of the Finnish Supervisory Agency during the transition.
