List of processing times pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act (368/2014)

Section 23a of the Administrative Procedure Act states:
“Authorities shall specify the expected processing times in the key areas under their domain for matters which may be resolved by an administrative decision and which may only be filed by a party to the matter. The above shall not apply to matters whose processing is subject to a time limit specified by law.”

Pursuant to the above provision, the Occupational Safety and Health Department at the Finnish Supervisory Agency has determined expected processing times for the following administrative decisions.
