Can an entrepreneur, such as a light entrepreneur in the platform economy, take study leave with financial aid?

The Study Leave Act contains provisions on the right to study leave for a person in an employment or civil service relationship or a comparable employment relationship. The Study Leave Act does not contain provisions on an entrepreneur's right to study leave.
