For structures whose asbestos concentration could be determined with a survey, the matter is investigated with sampling or on the basis of documents before removal work begins. Information on structures that could not be included in the survey is included in the report. If the asbestos concentrations of structures are not revealed by sampling or if it has not been possible to verify the matter in another reliable manner before the removal work, the structures in question must be taken apart as asbestos removal work with enclosures.
