Does a foreign company have to perform checks if it uses temporary agency workers in Finland from a foreign temporary agency?

The Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out applies to a contractor using a temporary agency worker in Finland. It does not matter whether the contracting company is Finnish or foreign, or in which country the contracting partner company resides. The contractor must therefore perform checks concerning contractor’s obligations.
