How many consecutive fixed-term employment contracts may be applied in agency work?

A fixed-term employment contract may be concluded whenever there is a justified reason for doing so. However, if a temporary agency is in a position to offer job duties agreed in the employment contract at various user companies continuously, an indefinitely valid employment contract should be signed.
