How often can an employer postpone the start of a study leave?

In companies with at least five employees, the start date of the study leave can only be postponed twice in succession. In companies with up to four employees, the right to postpone study leave may be continuous. However, the postponement requires that the study leave will cause significant harm to the employer's activities.
