Is the right to study leave “reset to zero" when the employee has already exercised the right to study leave for two years within a five year period?

A maximum of two years of study leave can be granted to an employee continuously working for the same employer during a five-year period. Once the maximum period of two years has been reached, a new study leave can be granted five years after the start of the first study leave.
