My employer has not paid salaries and allowances they owe me. Where can I get help in recovering my wages?
Pay
If you are a member of a trade union, you can ask for help in the recovery of unpaid wages. If you are not a member, you can ask for help from an instance such as a legal aid office.
The occupational safety and health authority cannot assist you in calculating or recovering unpaid wages, as this does not fall within the OSH authority’s competence. We cannot act as assistants in matters concerning unpaid wages and salaries or take them to court. Instead, we can oblige the employer to provide you with the documents that belong to you such as a pay slip and a certificate of employment.
