When is a representative for a posting company not needed?

No representative need be appointed for workers who are posted to work in Finland for a period not exceeding 10 working days. The length of a posting is calculated taking into account both the posting in question and any other periods in the four months preceding the end of the posting during which employees of the same undertaking worked in Finland.
