Can a 14-year-old start a work shift at 6:00?

The working hours for young people under the age of 15 have to fall between 8:00 and 20:00. A young person may start their work shift at 6:00 if there is a weighty reason for doing so due to how the work is arranged. The employer does not need to apply for an exemption for this.
