Can I agree with the employer that holiday accumulated in a fixed-term employment relationship will be transferred to a new employment relationship?

The employer and employee may agree that annual holiday benefits accumulated by the employee before the end of the employment relationship will be transferred to the following employment relationship. The agreement must be made in writing.
