Checklist of employer’s obligations

If a company or an organisation has at least one employee, it must observe employer’s obligations. The occupational safety and health authority has published a concise checklist so that employers can keep track of their key obligations, especially in matters concerning employment relationships. The checklist is highly useful for new employers and small enterprises.
