How often should the workplace survey be updated?
Workplace survey
The employer must arrange a workplace survey (basic survey) in the workplace at the start of the occupational healthcare service and at the intervals specified in the occupational healthcare action plan. The workplace survey must be updated when the conditions in the workplace change or when new working methods or workspaces are introduced.
The need to update the workplace survey may also arise at the initiative of the occupational healthcare professionals on the basis of the information collected by the occupational healthcare service.
