I am a student and work on the weekends. I am covered by student health care. Is the employer required to arrange occupational health care for me?

When you have an employment contract with your employer, the employer is required to provide you with statutory occupational health care at minimum. Occupational health care encompasses all the employees who are within the scope of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
