Every workplace must display the occupational health care agreement that the employer has signed with the service provider. This agreement will show you:

• the services covered by the occupational health care provided by your employer,
• contact and address details for the occupational health care service,
• practical instructions on how to use occupational health care, and
• details of the professionals assigned to employees in your work place, such as the occupational health care nurse and physician.
