Will I accrue annual holiday during a lay-off?

A lay-off period of 30 working days at a time is considered equivalent to time at work and accrues annual holiday. Also equivalent to time at work are shortened working weeks equivalent to lay-offs or other comparable working-hour arrangements, in which case the maximum is six months at a time. If such working-hour arrangements continue uninterrupted, a new six-month period is calculated from the start of the new holiday credit year.
