Can I agree with the employer on taking annual holiday outside the actual holiday period?

The employer and the employee may agree placing the holiday in the period starting from the beginning of the calendar year preceding the holiday period and ending the following year before the beginning of the following holiday period (for example, holiday earned between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025 may be taken between 1 January 2025 and 30 April 2026).
