Do asbestos surveys done before Decree 798/2015 entered into force have to be redone?

If the survey covers all the materials of the structure that will be removed and complies with section 7 of the Government Decree on the Safety of Asbestos Work 798/2015, the survey is enough even if it was done before 1 January 2016.
